You may request to cancel any order that has not yet shipped. For an updated order status and tracking information, please go to https://encodedapparel.com/my-account and click on the ‘Orders’ link. If your order is successfully canceled, we will issue you a full refund.
Any product may be returned for a full refund up to 30 days from the date it was received. We ask that you simply mail the product back to us, and we will issue you a full refund.
Damages & Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is either damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately. We will gladly refund or replace the item as soon as possible. We may ask you to send the item back to us, so please hold onto it until you have received your refund.
