Art of Conversation Submissions

On May 3rd, 2018 Encoded Apparel is teaming up with Mind & Mill, creatives, and clinicians. We are hosting an artistic and educational event about the art of conversation and its importance to mental health.

One of the elements of the evening will be to showcase the stories and experiences of others in the mental health community by creating unique visuals similar to the image above. If you are interested in sharing your story, please use the form below to create your submission.

We are planning to share the names of the story authors, but also want to respect the privacy of those who are brave enough to share. If you would like use to keep your story anonymous, please just check the box below.

If you could tell the world anything about mental health, what would it be? Feel free to share your story, your experiences, the importance of conversation, or how you have learned to communicate about mental health.

In layman's terms, you understand you retain copyrights to any text and images you submit, Encoded Apparel retains the copyrights to any images we create from the items you submit. Encoded Apparel will send you a digital copy and give you a single license to use for personal use. You won't get mad if we don't end up using your submission.

Selected submissions will be made into 16" x 16" canvas prints and available for purchase.
